The following encompasses the service delivery methods and procedures criteria we use in service delivery and fees charged as an auctioneer.

  • We employ and adopt a practical hands on approach and pay attention to client cost exposure.

  • We exploit our good working relationships with established auctioneers, law firms, valuers outside our base to maximize on synergies where appropriate

  • We have a hardworking staff which is proficient in the use of modern technology to ensure fast efficient and swift debt recovery measures are in place upon receipt of instructions.

  • A vigorous marketing strategy is put in place to ensure every property we put up for sale attracts good value and bidders.

  • We reach a wider market by employing the use of modes of advertisement that are easily suitable by property developers and general public.

  • We conduct our public auctions during week days on open and strategic places accessible by the general public in order to reach greater number of people hence making the sale competitive.

Procedures for service delivery.

We follow the laid down procedure in the process of debt recovery (auctioneer) hence reducing the number of court cases filed against our instructing client making the process  cost effective.

  • Instructions are received

  • Registration of the letter of instructions into our instruction register.

  • Acknowledgement of receipt of instructions in three (3) days of receipt.

  • Identify the debtors place of residence/ business and the properties to be seized / sold.

  • Service of requisite notices on both moveable and immovable property.

Realization of charged securities

At Crescent, we work with creditors to assist in realizing loans and enforcing security. We act for clients in a wide range of matters including enforcement of residential mortgages through to complex multi-lender realization proceedings.

Execution of court orders

At Crescent we are directed by the judicial court order to seize and sell as much of a debtor's nonexempt property as is necessary to satisfy a court's monetary judgment by issuing a court warrant or issuing a court eviction order is regarded as a Court

Evictions

At Crescent we help landlords' and estate agents to properly and legally evict a tenant from a rental property

Distress for rent

We are licensed to recover unpaid due rent on behalf of landlords and estate managing agents.
